By sharing this, I am trying to emphasize that losing weight proves challenging even for people as young as I am and fit as I was. I want to extend what I learned to everyone so that you have the opportunity to be as successful as I have been. I will criticize exercises I see people doing incorrectly and illustrate how to perform them properly. I will offer healthy lifestyle tips so that you will keep the weight off. I will prove to you that losing weight is not about deprivation of the food you love or hours of bone crushing work outs. I will teach you how to improve your life and Work Out Your Workout.

Why I started this blog
In high school, I played on the volleyball team and frequented the gym. I was in great shape, but by the end of high school I quit the team (for personal reasons) and stopped going to the gym, but still never gained any weight no matter how much I ate. Wow, I thought I was lucky. Then, wham! I turned 19 and as a birthday present, Fat slapped me in the face and parasitically clung to my stomach, hips, thighs...well, you get the picture. I gained over 30 pounds of fat and lost my toned muscle. It has been a year since Fat brandished his weapon in my face. I have been fighting back for five months and have about 10 pounds of fat to lose.
